Is it still aimed parrying though? Or can you just hold down parry/block and it parries from everywhere until your stamina runs it. Im not a big fan of the hold parry mechanic. Parrying looks weird as well maybe will just get used to it. it almost looks as janky as Mordhau's but luckily not as bad. Not sure about the animations looks quite cumbersome and slow. I don´t think Chiv 2 will deliver that, infact, I am sure they will ♥♥♥♥ it up because it´s TB and they have proven with their EGS exclusive deal that they didn´t learn from mistakes. That way, the mouse-macro combo doesn´t work anymore and we have full immersion. none of the games that existed yet were really flawless, and there is still a champion to be chosen (you know, like in RTS starcraft), so good luck on that one.Ĭhivalry combat system is quite perfect, they just need to reduce it to 1st person only and remove the glitch where you can insta-hit overhead from the back without the windup-phase.
